Town of Broadway, VA

For over 7 years I have been managing the website updates and modifications for the Town of Broadway. A year ago, the town voiced their desire to move to a responsive layout based on feedback they had received from town residents. The first task of the project was developing a new identity for the Town of Broadway. The had been relying on using an old town emblem that was designed for them years ago and really lacked the appeal the town deserved. Following the identity design and approval I ultimately designed and developed the website for them. Since they did not wish to have a CMS I instead made use of Jade includes which helps to speed up the update process for me. There were some modifications made to the navigation layout once development started based on client feedback, but for the most part the design presented remained intact. The site was developed using the Bookcase Responsive Framework.
